Joanne Smith has been appointed as the Everyone’s Business Co-ordinator (Scotland). Joanne will be working for 2 days per week and has been seconded from NSPCC Scotland, where she leads the organisation’s work on mental health. Joanne brings a wealth of experience in children’s policy in Scotland following over a decade as a parliamentary researcher at both Westminster and Holyrood. She has a particular interest in infant and perinatal mental health and the application of evidence based practice across all tiers of health care to ensure every child has the best possible start in life.
